Goal Keeper is an interactive tracker that assists people who wish to implement key resilience practices in their everyday life. Featuring micro-learning videos by Dr Sven Hansen it will guide you towards health, wellbeing, productivity and flow.

Based on 9 categories of resilience, with 27 individual factors, you can gain insight into yourself and the practices of resilience that lead to a good life.

HOW?

Goal Keeper offers an innovative emoji rating system that makes tracking fun. In just a few seconds per day, you can record whether you achieved your most important resilience goals, or if you need to be more aware tomorrow.

During setup, you can select between time-limited challenges or an open tracker that you can use on an ongoing basis. After tracking youll see your progress graphs. The graphs feature emojis on the Y axis... did we mention is it fun?

YOUR OWN GOAL

True momentum is gained by achieving one really important task every day. So we have included the ability for you to enter your own goal that you would like to track tomorrow. Whether it is walking the dog or getting your dream career, do one thing that counts. Then track it in Goal Keeper!
